What can you tell us about your show?

My show is called Scary Movie 7 and it’s about fear and escape, self sabotage, and eating my twin in the womb (amongst other things). It’s gonna be gory and gross and creepy as hell (I hope) and I’m currently in the process of making a disgusting prop which I can’t wait to unveil to the freaks of the Fringe. It’s on at Monkey Barrel (MB2) at 10pm every day between 3-30 August except the 17th.

What is it about and where did the idea come from?

It’s really about my fear of being alone. And that is where the idea came from. I live in a permanent state of terror and longing and doing everything I can not to spend a moment alone. The show is about being forced to stare down the barrel of the gun and face my fears (in front of an audience of people). It’s also about a deal I made with the devil once in a supermarket and having massive honking G cup tits. And the aforementioned twin thing. There really is something in it for everyone.

How would you sell it to audiences in one paragraph?

Have you ever betrayed and destroyed yourself for nothing? Girl same! Scary Movie 7 is a show about fear, losing things, making bad decisions, and the increasingly desperate lengths we’ll go to avoid sitting with our own thoughts. There will be jokes. There will be a cape. There will almost certainly be something deeply upsetting made out of papier-mâché. Come and watch me confront my deepest fears so you don’t have to confront yours.

Do you enjoy participating in the Fringe?

Yes! No further questions 🙂

And do you have any moments you particularly remember?

I am kept awake at night by lots of my memories of the Fringe. I’m haunted by them. There is no escape. For example, the time I perioded on myself in Pleasance Courtyard 🙁

What are you looking forward to the most in Edinburgh?

A psychic told me I was going to meet the love of my life at Edinburgh Fringe, so I’m quite looking forward to that. She said they will have a dog with a tiny tail. She did also say that it would happen in 2025 (it didn’t, so I’m hoping it carries over into 2026). I think this will be really good for me.

What’s next for you?

I’ve really put my all into this Fringe; there is no before, there is no after, there is only this. I’m also working on some scripted projects, currently unfinished 😉
